Local agent meets prospects onsite. Walks the unit, answers questions, captures inquiries. Average tour 20 minutes.

Virtual tours
For out of town applicants we offer live video tours via Zoom or WhatsApp. Same agent, same walkthrough, no travel required.

Followup
Within 24 hours every prospect gets a followup with the application link. Repeat touches until they apply or pass.

Reporting
You see who toured, who applied, and what feedback was. Weekly summary email and live tracker in your owner portal.
