Tenant orientation

Utility setup guidance

List of local utility providers, account setup links, and any building specific info. We do not set them up but we make it dead easy for the tenant.

Move in inspection

Joint inspection with tenant. Signed inspection report attached to the lease file. Both parties have a record.

Key handoff

Keys, fobs, garage remotes, and any access cards handed over with a signed receipt.
