Only then does our success fee, equal to one month of rent, apply. You pay $0 upfront, so nothing is owed until a qualified tenant is placed. Once that tenant moves in, the guarantee attaches to that placement. If the placed tenant defaults within the covered window, you are protected rather than left absorbing the loss alone, and our six month replacement guarantee means we will source a replacement tenant if the placement fails inside that period at no additional placement fee.
