The Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role (3+ years preferred)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience with remote or hybrid team management is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and communicate progress
- Monitor project performance using key metrics and adjust plans to mitigate risks
- Facilitate team meetings, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and report financial performance
- Identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project momentum
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
