Account Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in real estate account management, client services, or sales within the real estate industry.
• In-depth knowledge of local and regional real estate markets, including pricing trends, zoning regulations, and investment opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid real estate license in the relevant jurisdiction (required).

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, investors, and property managers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Manage full-cycle real estate transactions, from initial client consultation to closing, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Conduct market analysis and provide clients with data-driven insights on pricing, trends, and investment potential.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Prepare and present customized property recommendations based on client needs, budget, and goals.
• Monitor client portfolios and provide regular updates on property performance and market conditions.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
